In this case, it's our safety that's being held hostage.
My kids had a normal day today - they are back swimming and got their bikes out. The police are still driving, very slowly, down our street - alot! The situation is not over - in my mind, it won't be over until he is gone. And at this point in time, he is still there.....and for the last couple hours he has been coming out of the house a bit and showing his ugly face again. I hope this comes to an end tonight....... but I will keep you posted!
I seriously feel like I'm living a horror movie right now......
i've lived, in my younger days, in some rough neighborhoods. I'm talking the kind of neighborhood where you expect to find this kind of problem. I have never lived through anything like this. The problem with absentee landlords, is that they don't know what goes on in their properties and some of them don't care. I am still praying for your safety.
