Man alive... I've read the back issues of your blog and I am shocked.... you've called the police, what else can you do but "be on guard" for the guy.

what a horrible way to have to get by each day---you know what gets me is that supposedly the Police can't help you--I remember when a friend of mine had a restraining order against her ex-husband, and he kept coming back around her house, not his in any way, writing things on the white siding, her garbage cans dumped-dead birds left by her front steps, and many other things, but the police couldn't enact the restraining order because they didn't have proof it was him doing it--her now boyfriend tried to talk to the ex and the ex filed a restraining order against him...the boyfriend doesn't live with my friend, so that is not the problem--and he liable to be the one that gets hurt....does this Mr Rogers have any police record of any kind?
seems like the police are afraid of him---I sure hope that nobody in your family gets hurt--why is it that the nice or innocent people are always the ones that have to pay in the long run..hang in there, Peachy..

never mind some of the questions I asked you in my last comments, as I just finished reading all your notes on this wacko--have you also tried contacting your local tv station--maybe they would be interested in seeing first hand how dangerous this guy is...maybe especially they would be interested in why childrens services won't help--so glad you are taping what goes on with him--proof is what you have now---if still you cannot get help--check to make sure he isn't related to someone on the police force or at childrens services--probably childrens services has been thru so much shit with this guy they are either afraid of retaliation by him, etc...the more public exposure you can get about him will somehow help----can his yard be condemmed?
does he keep his kids in school? remember the more publicity you and your neghbors can collect for proof will eventually help you--will be back later..

Thank you Grandma Baba for all you wrote - at this point, we have covered all our bases. The police are basically staking out our street now. Child Welfare is well aware of everything. We can't force them to show up - we've done our part now it's their turn.
We are cautious, everything stays locked up, and we will sit and wait I guess.
The guy is actually MISSING - so the pain right now is not knowing when he'll show up!

Oh Peachy, I'm so sorry you and your neighbors have to live in fear of that terrorist. I so hope and pray there will be some reason for him to get locked up before he seriously hurts someone. Take care, Peachy.
